With a background spanning senior People & Culture leadership, executive advisory and board roles, Amanda brings a commercially grounded and independent perspective to complex workplace matters.

Amanda has worked across diverse industries and organisational structures, supporting founders, directors and leadership teams through sensitive people issues, strategic growth and governance challenges.

Founded in 2008, Amanda sold the recruitment operations of Career Driven in 2016 but has continued to consult in areas of HR across a range of industries.
